Beer tasting anyone? Harpoon St. Patrick's Festival
The Harpoon brevery is about 300 meters from the conference spot

They have regular tours but they are clasing with the sessions but on friday the 7.theres Harpoon St. Patrick’s Festival.

So after 5 days of übergee’king theres Beer festival hurray ;)
I went to their Ocktoberfest party at the same location. It was very-well put together. We had a great time. So I would think this would be worth it as well.

Might be a great location for an “after Code Sprint” social. Can someone contact them maybe and see if they can handle a large group of people? Or will there already be a large crowd?

In my opinion every Con should include a beer tasting event. There are beer clubs in all major cities/towns for anyone who likes beer and drinking you’ll be coming across new ones that you never heard of and will actually like…Some at least.
