and after were going for a beer at a bar “the tam” just around the corner 222 Tremont St, Boston, MA

drop by and say hi ill be wearing a Brown sixpence and black glasses and being kinda noisy ;)

In Barcelona, several people got together for a nice dinner (at a sushi bar, of course, because that made the least sense of any of the options) the night before the conference. Anyone up for a repeat? Someone who’s in Boston already, can you suggest/organize a good place that can handle 5—20 hungry geeks descending on it for an evening?

For those that will be arriving early, is there anything going on the Sunday before the conference?

I still haven’t yet determined if I’ll have the money to go, but if I do end up going, I’ll be getting there sometime on Sunday (I want to be rested before the conference). I might even be there Sunday morning, if I take a red-eye Saturday night.

So, I’m wondering if there’s some sort of informal gathering planned, or will it all just be happenstance?
