Igal Pines

Igal has spent his last 10 years in developing community driven websites. Some of his websites gained big popularity in Israel gaining big amount of traffic. At the first .com bubble, at the age of 16 Igal worked as CTO in a big Hi-Tech Training comapny in Israel, and trained hundreds of students. In 2004 Igal recruited to the Israeli Air Force and served there for three years in the Elite computing unit as Senior System Administrator. During his service he was involved in a lot of defense projects, providing great solutions for the Air Force’s IT infrastructures. At the end of 2006, simultaneously to his military service, Pines founded QWEX in order to help small businesses to make their first steps in to the Web 2.0 world. QWEX deals with Drupal based development sites and Internet marketing in the era of Web 2.0. At the end of 2007, when he finished his military duty, Igal joined Linnovate, the largest Drupal development company in Israel and works there until this day as a Drupal Developer.

Igal sees Drupal as the best web development solution and focuses only on Drupal based web development.
