Keith Bailey

Dr. Keith D. Bailey is the Director of the e-Learning Institute and an Affiliate Faculty member of Integrative Arts. As the Director of the Institute, his primary responsibility is to oversee the day-to-day operations within the Institute as well as manage the design, development, implementation, and evaluation of e-Learning courseware for the College of Arts and Architecture.

Keith has been involved in the field of workforce training, instructional technology, and distance education for over ten years. In his various roles in the field, he has managed as well as designed and developed numerous online, CD-ROM based, and face-to-face courses. One of his areas of interest is the investigation of ways to enhance learning through the integration of instructional technology-based solutions.

Dr. Bailey earned his doctoral degree in Workforce Education Training and Development at The Pennsylvania State University’s College of Education. He obtained his masters degree in Instructional Technology from Bloomsburg University.
