Omar Khan

Omar Khan provides Insight Strategy and Logic (ISL) clients with strategic business perspectives and recommendations. He develops business plans and revenue models, and examines competitive landscapes and industry trends to help clients build the blueprints for successful websites. He loves search engine optimization and issues around it. He has been involved in the building of websites for over 12 years and worked with a number of Fortune 500 companies from Chevron, Yahoo! and McDonalds to medium-sized firms and start-ups.

Before taking on his role as President, Omar was VP of Strategic Consulting at ISL. Prior to joining ISL, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group (BCG) and UNICEF and consulted independently to companies like Oracle and nCube.

Omar has an MBA from Stanford Business School and graduated from Dartmouth College. In his spare time, he runs the award-winning educational website on the ancient Indus Valley civilization, Harappa.com, and is author of the photo history book From Kashmir to Kabul The Photographs of John Burke and William Baker 1860-1900. He grew up in Austria and Pakistan and lives in San Francisco.
