Session Description:

The Drupal Dojo learning group was started in December of 2006, and has since grown to over 1000 members who take the time to help each other continue to be successful in our day-to-day Drupal battles. We teach, train, sweat, and love Drupal, and it shows. The Dojo hosts a free weekly one-hour live screencast session where we show off the latest modules, review the coolest theming practices, and take your endless stream of questions about them. We exist to help you, because we’ve all needed help at some point to get a grip on this seemingly unfathomable puzzle of Drupaly goodness, right?

In this panel-format session, we shall present a snapshot of what the Dojo means to us as a collaborative group, what drives us to help others, and how we can prevail upon you to succeed at Drupal website building in 2008. Oh, and we’ll do it all for free, cause that’s what this close-knit open-source world is all about, eh?

THE DREADED BULLET-POINT AGENDA
* What do you want to know about Drupal that’s really bugging you? We’ll bet we have a screencast about it!
* Do you know a lot about Drupal and want to help others learn it too, but you don’t know how? We can show you how it’s done.
* Why is it that each of us knows a small bit about this Drupal machine, but none of us knows enough to be truly successful this year?
* The Dojo is growing! We want you to help us!

GOALS
By the end of this session, all attendees will have a solid framework of knowledgeable Drupal friends to lean on, and be able to utilize the resources of the Dojo to grow their businesses and personal goals. Oh, and we’ll be expecting at least eleven attendees to get really, really exited about what we’re doing and wanna help out with the Drupal Dojo’s 2.0 website expansion project during the next two months!
