Managing News: A resource-demanding Drupal-based application

SESSION OVERVIEW
Managing News is an example of a resource-demanding Drupal-based application that pushes some of Drupal’s limits as well as the stack (LAMP) that Drupal runs on. We’ll use Managing News as an example of what you can do with Drupal, what you can run into in terms of resource-usage along the way, and seek to have a discussion with others running into similar resource utilization areas and what people have done and plan to do to squeeze performance out of Drupal in their specific applications.
