Mentoring Drupal: Learning, Teaching and Reaching Out

SESSION OVERVIEW
This session is designed to present and discuss lowering the barrier of entry to Drupal through active mentoring. Drupal has been involved in the very successful Google Summer of Code program and GHOP contest. We have also built an internal learning group, the Drupal Dojo. We will talk about why mentoring is important to the health of Drupal, what positives we can take from these existing projects as well as exploring the tougher issues they have brought up. Then we will look to the future to see where we can improve and strengthen our mentoring efforts.
