Updating Drupal.org's forum

SESSION OVERVIEW
Drupal.org’s forum structure has remained pretty much the same for many years now for a couple reasons. With the evolution of groups.drupal.org and influx of new members to the community, it is time to revisit the forums we have. An introductory presentation and overview with a round table discussion to generate and refine a plan.

This is a tactical solution to the long term redesign of drupal.org. The redesign is much bigger but there are things we can do now to pave the way for it and ease things for new users.

* What forums have been replaced by groups.drupal.org
* Forums to rename and remove?
* Introducing sticky post guidelines for each forum
* New forums permissions and capabilities of Drupal 6, any impact?

GOALS
To have an actionable plan that can be implemented in the short term on drupal.org.
