WYSIWYG Working Group for 7.x core

SESSION OVERVIEW
There seems to be quite a bit of momentum for a WYSIWYG editor for core in 7.x. I have a personal direction I’d like to see us go, but the purpose of this session is to get everyone who is interested in this to sit down, and agree on the best plan of action for Drupal as a whole.
